Welcome to our FAQ page, where we’ve laid out the answers to some of the most common questions that we receive from our clients about our towing and roadside assistance services.
If you have any questions or concerns not listed here, we encourage you to reach out to our staff by phone at (847) 966-1920.
What if I already have a towing company, but I’m unhappy with their service?
The application we provide you for our service will include a “Cancelation Page”, typically the last page of the application. Once received by us, the form is submitted to the state for approval (a process which takes about 10 days), after which, we will come change the signage on your property at no cost.
How much do you charge?
Our service is free to the property: we charge no fees for standard sign installation, deinstallation of previous signage, annual or maintenance fees. The only incurred cost is to the individual who has violated the parking restrictions and must release their vehicle from impound.
What is the difference between “On-Call” and “Patrol” Service?
We recommend on-call service for those that have infrequent/occasional concerns, the occasional need for a service call (jumpstart/tire change/lockout etc.) or you need a vehicle removed which has blocked a dumpster or entrance or is illegally parked within your fire lane or in handicap without proper identification.
We recommend patrol service for properties adhering to a sticker or permit program and find that residents, guests or both are repeatedly in violation of the rules set forth by your management team. We will choose a time of service to best fit your needs to correct issues of repeat offenses and encourage organization of parking and your preferred bylaws. Each property has its own needs and challenges, so we will work to craft a program to meet your individual goals.
How do I reach you late at night or on the weekends?
Our phone system is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply call (or text!) our main phone number and you will reach a member of our staff immediately! 847-724-4418
I am worried that tenants will try to make damage claims. How can we prevent this?
Prior to a vehicle’s tow, the driver will take an array of detailed and thorough photos of all four points of the vehicle as well as document any existing damage. These photos are uploaded to our cloud-based online system and stored. We can refer back to the photos in the event that a tenant insists there has been damage incurred (for damage pre-existing). Our trucks and drivers are insured with maximum policies, trucks are outfitted with audio and video surveillance. Our experienced drivers take excellent care to be cautious, safe, responsible, and respectful of their precious cargo.
What should I do if my car ran out of gas?
If your car runs out of gas on the road, you can call our team to request a fuel delivery service. Simply tell us the type of fuel you need and your location, and we’ll come to fill up your tank for you straight away.

My car is all-wheel drive AWD or 4X4, do I need a flatbed to tow it?
The safest way to tow four-wheel drive vehicles is with a flatbed trailer so that all wheels are off the ground and protected from transmission damage. Our company proudly owns and operates several flatbed vehicles and can haul your all-wheel drive vehicle for a reasonable price.
Someone is parked in my personal spot. Can I have it towed at the owner’s expense?
Yes. Our company provides comprehensive parking enforcement solutions. Contact us to learn more about how we can help you remove unauthorized vehicles from your property.
Will you come and boost my dead car battery? Will you bring me a new battery?
We can absolutely boost your dead car battery for you, wherever you may be. Our auto technicians are licensed and capable of replacing your car battery too, but our replacement services depend on product availability. If a new battery is not immediately available, we can tow your car to the location of your choice.
How long will it take for a tow truck to arrive?
The precise length of time it will take for our tow truck to arrive depends on your location. However, our company sets itself apart with our efficient and streamlined dispatch process. When you give us a call, our tow technicians are dispatched immediately so that you won’t be waiting for a second longer than necessary.
Do you tow scrap or junk cars?
Yes, our highly skilled towing specialists can haul all types and sizes of vehicles, no matter their condition. We’ll transport your scrap car to the disposal location of your choice.
How do you make sure the vehicles aren’t damaged during the towing?
Our towing technicians are diligent in ensuring that no damage occurs to our loads at any point during our towing services. To safely attach your vehicle to ours, we employ strict procedures and take all necessary precautions for a flawless transition. Generally, we prefer to utilize flatbed towing so that all your car’s wheels are off the ground and securely fastened with restraints.
